Location is key, and both of these areas offer easy access to local highways, hospitals and downtown areas. Boutique shopping, fine dining and gourmet grocery stores can be found throughout. Plaza Frontenac, a high-end mall featuring many prominent retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Tiffany & Co., is one of the town’s signature landmarks. The Ladue school district is recognized as one of the premier public school systems in the nation.

Tree-canopied neighborhoods are lined with homes situated on acres of property and thanks to their relatively small populations - Frontenac has less than 3,500 residents, Ladue, a little more than 8,500 - the area is extremely community-oriented.
