Lance was a pleasure to work with. A family member suggested we use Lance when selling my Aunt’s house. Lance met with us, took a tour of the house, and gave us suggestions on what would be the best way to move forward with selling the house. Lance called his contacts and was able to get workmen out to make the minor adjustments that were needed to satisfy all the building code issues that the home inspector found very quickly. Again, Lance was a leader and supervised the work to make sure it was done in a timely fashion, so we were ready to go at the close. I believe Lance went above and beyond a “normal” real estate agent’s duties to make sure my Aunt’s home was sold (again we live 2 ½ hours away and did not have to make any extra trips). We were extremely happy throughout the process and Lance reassured me during every step of the process.
